The Real Food Program is the first step on your journey to health and wellness. The initial consultation allows us to talk about your past experiences with diets, relationship to food, exercise, food likes/dislikes, challenges you come across, and much more.

Our focus is to assess your goals and to discuss your overall feelings of how you’re coming along with your journey. You will receive a meal plan, recipes that fit your lifestyle, meal planning for the upcoming weeks and other BBK custom recommendations tailored on your situation. Together we will develop a plan to fit your lifestyle as well as your nutritional needs.
