Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, cut into thirds
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (do not thaw)
  • 1 cup yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine banana, blueberries, and yogurt in a blender; puree on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately
