Ingredients
- 2 tbs whole grain mustard
- 2 tbs sherry vinegar
- 2 head broccoli
- 2 avocado, mashed
- ½ cup roasted almonds
Instructions
- Combine mustard, vinegar and 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a large salad bowl.
- Chop broccoli into tiny trees and toss dressing, add avocado and season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with roasted nuts
