Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 ounces 4 pieces salmon fillets
- 3 lemon, half thinly sliced
- 6 sprigs thyme
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and oil then place salmon on foil. Top with lemon slices and thyme. Broil fish 5 1/2 inches from heat 10 to 12 minutes or until fillets flake easily with a fork. Transfer to serving platter and enjoy! I especially like it when the sliced lemon has a char on them plus it looks great on a platter.
