- whole wheat pita pockets
- 2 slices Swiss Cheese
- 2 slices sliced turkey
- lettuce and cucumber
- Lemon dressing or your favorite dressing
- Slice 1/4 of the pita off the top and open gently. Stuff each pita with 1/2 slice of cheese and turkey and then lettuce and any other veggies you’d like.
- Wrap or place in lunch container. Pour dressing into small container. Place everything into lunchbox then into refrigerator until ready to go to school.
