Salad pita pocket

Ingredients

  • whole wheat pita pockets
  • 2 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 2 slices sliced turkey
  • lettuce and cucumber
  • Lemon dressing or your favorite dressing

Instructions

  1. Slice 1/4 of the pita off the top and open gently. Stuff each pita with 1/2 slice of cheese and turkey and then lettuce and any other veggies you’d like.
  2. Wrap or place in lunch container. Pour dressing into small container. Place everything into lunchbox then into refrigerator until ready to go to school.
