Ingredients
- 1/3 cup silken tofu (about 3 ounces)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (do not thaw)
- ½ cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
- ¼ cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine tofu, berries, pomegranate juice, and honey in a blender. Add ice; puree on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
