Ingredients
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced onion
- scant 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbs honey to taste
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Roast tomatoes and onion in the oven 40-45 minutes.
- Place all ingredients in your Vitamin or blender with all the other ingredients.
- Let cool completely uncovered before putting in the fridge,will stay for 2 weeks.
