Ingredients
- 2 cup oats (GF)
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 4 tbsp raisins
- 4 tbsp grated coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 sprinkles of salt
- honey (to taste, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 380F
- Mix all ingredients – expect for the water – together.
- Add the water until everything is well combined.
- The mixture should be like a very thick batter.
- Press into a baking pan.
- Bake for approx. 20-25 minutes, or until top is slightly browned.
- Let cool and cut in slices.
