Who doesn’t like a good bagel? Here is an GF option for your Sunday Morning Brunch.
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 fresh avocado, cubed
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tub fresh salsa
- 1 packet low-sodium taco seasoning
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag of shredded cabbage
- 1 smallccan of sliced black olives (drain and rinse)
- In a flat medium glass serving dish, spread the beans on the bottom, then layer the following ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
